A Beautiful Day

The last weekend of Chelsea's spring break we got up early Saturday morning and took the boat out to Shell Island. While a bit chilly on the ride out, it was a beautiful day and for the first couple hours we had the island to ourselves. We enjoyed the quiet...the blue sky...beautiful island views...and time together. I am longing for spring and summer so this magical day was just the fix I needed. Wherever you are and whatever the weather, take a moment to stop and smell the roses...or in my case the salty sea breeze!
