Graduation, White Coats, and Dorm Life

Thought I would post some pics from Chelsea's graduation from Auburn... the White Coat ceremony at UGA...and Kate's move-in at Vandy! This will definitely be a pictorial post :)

The night before graduation we attended a dinner at the president's home

 for the class Marshalls...

 

 

 

We had family and good friends on hand to celebrate

 

 

Exactly one week later we were in Athens, GA. 

Chelsea is ready for a new adventure!!

 

 

And yes, one week later Kate and I headed to Nashville

(with a stop in Birmingham)

and settled her into year 2 at Vanderbilt!

Kate and Isabelle did a great job transforming the dorm

into home!!

 

The Pinterest projects were a big hit too

 

August was a whirlwind, but it is good to have the girls

 settled and ready for a new year!!

 

Hurricanes and Football...We must be in the South

 

While the tide rises and falls outside and we are beginning to see some effects from Hurricane Isaac...

 

And Gabby, while staying on high ground, seems bored by yet another rainy forecast...

 

 

I begin a new bible study and a pretty challenging reading project...

 

 

And look forward to the beginning of the fall season which in our house starts with college football!!

 

We love SEC football...

and we have a few favorites...

 

 

 

 

And yes...it will be easier to cheer for David and Nicole's team now that Chelsea isn't at AU...unless of course they are playing one another!!

 

We also have to cheer for my team...

 

 

and Rich's...

 

 

Political Season???  It's Football Season!!
